Quality certification

Adria Congrex has reached the important goal of being certified for its Quality Management System according to the international standard UNI EN ISO 9001:2015.

The obtainment of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Certification confirms the direction of Adria Congrex towards the formalization of procedures that ensure high quality standards and continuous improvement, based on a commitment to listen to and meet the needs and requirements of its Customers.

The Standard specifies the characteristics a Quality Management System should have in order to demonstrate the ability of the organization to provide services that comply with customers’ requirements and with the applicable regulatory prescriptions, with a view to increasing customer satisfaction.
