Adria Congrex has reached the important target of having its Corporate Quality System certified to the international UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard.

Achieving the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Certification is proof of Adria Congrex’s efforts to formalise procedures to offer high quality standards and for continuous improvement, by unceasingly striving to understand and meet its Customers’ needs and suggestions.

The Standard lays down the requirements that a quality management system must meet for it to be proof of an Organisation’s ability to provide services that fulfil the customers’ needs and the applicable regulations, and aims at increasing customer satisfaction.
